Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number is a 2015 top-down shooter video game co-developed by Dennaton Games and Abstraction Games, and published by Devolver Digital. The game takes place before, during, and after the events of Hotline Miami, with the majority of it focusing on the aftermath of Jacket's massacres against the Russian mafia in Miami.

Well, if that's the case, and Richard is just Jacket trying to get himself to wake up, why does he appear to other characters, like the Henchman, Richter and Martin Brown?

โข 9 yr. ago 'Where are we right now?' I always assumed it was just a visual representation of Jacket's subconscious for us, the viewer. If you mean the physical layout of the room, IIRC isn't it just Jacket's apartment? 'Why are we having this conversation?' The dark-room sections are metaphorical.
