I all aspects, Karma is stronger than him, he can be a good assassin. He is shown to lack alertness against surprise attacks, but he was able to reduce damage from Nagisa's stun clap and was able to dodge Grip's gas attempt. It is just personal opinion, no harm to Nagisa fanboys/girls. stop equating strength and combat skill to assassination.
