L'itinerario parte dal parcheggio del Lago di Fusine Superiore dove segue la Strada Rifugio Zacchi fino ad arrivare al Rifugio (1380m) dove è possibile trovare ristoro. Lungo il percorso ci sono anche diverse aree picnic.
