Viña De Martin Escolma is a wine made with treixadura, albariño, torrontés and lado, from the oldest vines of the winery, with a yield of less than 1kg per vine, planted on hillsides on sandy-siliceous soils. The grapes are harvested by hand. Each variety is fermented separately with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels of different sizes.
