Warning: Spoilers for Sonic the Hedgehog: Scrapnik Island #4 The conclusion of a Sonic the Hedgehog miniseries is hinting that Mecha Knuckles could return as a major villain if IDW Publishing decides to revisit Scrapnik Island at some point in the future.. The fourth and final issue of Scrapnik Island ends with both Mecha Knuckles and Sonic's evil programming apparently being overwritten.
